Logitech Keyboard Dealio

G510 doesn't have USB though...

It does lack the USB port, however I have never really needed it. And unless I am mistaken, it is a data only port.

My old G11 has a pair of USB ports on it. Never used them. Apart from once when I thought I would try and charge something using one, and was disappointed to find that it didn't work.
The keyboards with powered USB ports generally need to connect to two USB ports.

Plus the screen is a nice feature...

Very true :)

Having owned a G510 for the best part of 2 years now, I must say that I do quite like it, but it is quite loud to type on compared to my G11 (the long keys have that annoying clackity sound).

The backlighting is also a bit too dim. I should imagine that the G110 has the same backlighting.

I do however love the screen and all the little applets you can get for it, the lockable windows keys are a nice touch, and i like the media buttons. :)

Craving a mechanical now though :( Screen or mechanical keys? Aaaaaaaaargh! :p

I like the sound of the keys actually, the rest of the house do not however :D

I agree the backlighting is a little dim but I think if it were too bright it'd catch your attention too much...

The backlighting on the G11 is brighter than the G510, and there are two brightness settings. Something which I think should have stayed.

Some higher end keyboards like the Blackwidow Ultimate have lots of different brightness levels ranging from barely visible to HOLY **** MY EYES :D

Ahh :) Sorry to ask, you do have the brightness turned up in the settings?

If I'm honest, I'm weary of mine as my other one broke, scared it might have been me (for whatever reason, doubt it was as the report of the same failure is there)

I'm not on Steam because I'm downstairs with family :(
