Logitech - No warrenty no problem

Could you please give me the contact details for Logitech as I would like to get in touch regarding a faulty 5.1 speaker system. It failed after just 9 months and I never bothered to replace them as it was only one speaker and it meant having to ship the whole unit back.

After hearing these success stories however, I may as well see what they say.

its on their website, you need to sign up with an account and you can register all your products, or you can phone them (again details on the contact page on their website) and then register over the phone.

My G7 batteries are no longer holding charge for long, so I gave this a try myself and just got a 50% discount voucher.

Shame the Logitech store is about twice as expensive as other places!

only on some items, that have lost value/are on offer elsewhere. I assume their store just stays at the RRP all the time so new products are better value with the 50% off than older ones. Not that ive looked into it a lot, just on a few items.

The G700 is only a fiver more on Logitechs web store than OCUK, and by the time you get 50% off its miles cheaper. Quit complaining!!

So anyway you guys were right about the 1 item only and not one bundle. The 50% discount is on 1 like for like product only. If you try to apply the discount code to the G Series bundle in my OP it doesn't give any discount at all. I have however managed to get the discount code to work on the G19 and G510 keyboards. So £75 for a G19 or £50 for a G510.. hmmm. May as well get the G19 huh?
Will wait a few weeks and try and get another 50% off voucher for my G7 with the tired old batteries.

Big thanks to OCUK Forums + Members for making me aware of logitech's fantastic customer service.

I was going to get a G500 or MX518, which can be had for a lot less else where. But as I've got the voucher, think I'll splash out on the G700 :)

+1 to that!

its allready been said but the bundle might not work, been in same situation its 50% of 1 item and it might not include sales prices aswell

Dont get the G700 mouse logitech have not fixed the movement and dpi problem yet.
Mine still lose some dpi speed for some reason intermitently and also experiencing small
movement not registering fortunately I rarely play fps this days so its only a small
annoyance for me and the wireless convenience makes up for it.

your right it doesn't work, only works with a single order on ANY keyboard, so just ordered a G19.

i bought a g19 But it doesnt work correctly with a x58 mobo, so had to send it back, due to no support from Logitech!

awsome keyboard when it works tho

second to none on warranty issues from my own experience. In my case the item (wireless mouse) was no longer made , so they offered me a much more expensive model that had replaced it :)

3 days from hub in Holland

result!!! :)

Yea i went for the g19 purely cause it "saved" the most money and made it a normal price I was willing to pay lol

I've read about those issues, is it just when using wireless? I'm not too fussed about wireless, tbh. Perhaps I'll save some money and go for a G500 or MX518 after all?

Well my MX518 cable is ****** and keeps disconnecting. E-mailed logitech, "out of warranty", :( "so have 50% off a replacement" :D.

G700 for the win. Logitech support = impressive.

^ what issues did you have? Ive had some issues with mine and it randomly disconnecting from my pc, but havent got round to trying to fix it yet?
