I've got a Logitech K750 solar keyboard. Had it for just over 2 years, and a key decided to fall off.
I contacted Logitech. They asked for a couple of photos, then gave me a pre-paid postage label, and a few days later I've got a brand new boxed replacement that's even a slightly updated model than my original one. So slightly better than brand new for old, plus not a penny cost to me.
Very impressed.
