Orderd a g9 last week, it broke, i sent it back and today a logitech g9x arrived for no extra charge and i think i am getting my money back for the broken g9 :D logitech have an exelent customer service :D
 
Same here when my g7 mouse packed in, they replaced it extremely quickly. Incidentally my g5 is starting to play up a bit, but thankfully if i have to rma it, i can do so with confidence tha the probem will be sorted.
 
One of the reasons I buy Logitech.

Well, that and they produce much nicer high end peripherals than the rest of the gash on the market. I'm looking at you Razer...
 
for me its two mice and only changed because i had worn the feet out on my mx800 and then the mouse skates after that
 
Yeah, Logitech have built an excellent reputation and seem to treat people right.

The best thing is when they ask you to destroy the hardware and send them a picture!

how do you destroy it? large hammer? or explosive extracted from fireworks??
