Orderd a g9 last week, it broke, i sent it back and today a logitech g9x arrived for no extra charge and i think i am getting my money back for the broken g9 logitech have an exelent customer service
Same here when my g7 mouse packed in, they replaced it extremely quickly. Incidentally my g5 is starting to play up a bit, but thankfully if i have to rma it, i can do so with confidence tha the probem will be sorted.
