Hey,

My hard drive broken today - i have ordered an RMA from seagate.

They mention this:

4. A T1 document must accompany the shipment if applicable (notify your agent).

....do i need one? I have no idea what it is?

Do you normally send it back recorded for hard drives or will standard do?

i rma'd a HD through Seagate and all i had to do was box it up and send it recorded delivery to the uk place and then i had a replacement about 3 days later. if i remember right i had to pay the postage to send it to them which wasnt that cheap either
