Vista Home Prem x64

To think this game is suppose to help shift copys of Vista  yet it has no widescreen support and hardly any graphic options(Compared to HL2)
I'm still going to enjoy this game, I was just expecting more from it graphic wise... :(

Doesn't help that imo the gameplay just doesn't translate well to a keyboard and mouse, it's just too... floaty for me. Guess thats kudos to Bungie for getting a FPS working well on a gamepad tho.

I couldn't run it very well on vista - my framerates were just too low at the highest settings (7800gtx), so i booted windows XP and used the mod thats hanging around on the net to get halo 2 working on XP... framerates improved significantly.

Would like to buy this game but its just too expensive at the moment a tenner is the most I'll pay for this.

Doesn't seem to be selling well, hasn't even made it to the UK's top 20 PC game chart.

That was what did it for me, i thought one of the main advantages of the pc version would be getting to play with mouse and keys but it just doesnt feel right. Definately gives a floaty, disconnected feel to movement and it really put me off the game.

Halo 2 on PC is poor considering its an old game thats been ported over and not enough improvements made graphically. Just hope that Halo 3 arrives on PC while its still relatively new.
