To be fair on unesco they do have a point, st pauls cathedral has masses of legislation behind it to ensure it remains a protected landmark, whilst the tower has virtually nothing, even though it was classed as a world heritage site. Personally i think the unesco trip was used to scare the gov into doing something quickly instead of fannying about for years.

Edit: PwC are moving out. Enabling works has already begun as shown in the above pic.
RE Heron, Norton Rose will move out this year. They are going to start to take the existing building down this year.
RE 122 Leadenhall you could stay construction has begun but first they need to demolish the existing building.
RE Bishopsgate tower, they are demolishing the current building for a spec build.
RE Riverside South, it's under construction with a height increase and slight design change.
RE 20 Fenchurch Street, it is being called in for public enquiry.
RE PP they are now under construction.
RE 51 Lime Street, it is now externally complete.
RE Broadgate tower, it is nearly topped out. The cladding is going on.
