Second time trying to get in :D
I can do a half-marathon but this going to take a lot of training to even finish.

At least it will be nice and cold for all your training runs through winter :D

Congrats, having taken up running the last couple of years it’s something I’ll be aiming for eventually

I don’t mind the cold so much it’s the 30+ heat that kills me.

Been doing 10k plus trail runs for a last few months but I am going have make a training plan I think.

I was wondering why it said double then I remembered, this is going to be the one time only, ever, trust me, time that they'll open the floodgates slightly wider and have an extra large marathon over 2 days.

Awesome stuff. I entered around 6 years i think and never got in. Although i'm relatively relieved as the logistics/cost of getting down there were hefty i think and i'd much rather spend that on a race i'd enjoy more.

Those trail runs should help a lot. Going from hilly uneven trails to flat roads is easy :D

Oh yes coming off the trail onto the pavement like I’m floating

I do really fast on the pavement see if I can get a new PR
