London Olympics....new sports

I remember a few years ago seeing that Olympic hosts were able to introduce demonstration sports of their choice.

What would you like to see at 2012 that reflects our culture?

I'd like to see British Bulldogs

Conkers, Knuckles (both different games, ie the one launching coins accross a desk so the first one who draws blood/gives in looses. and the one where you keep hitting each others knuckles)
