Looking at buying a Noctua U14s for my X570 build

Good choice. To be honest I would be surprised if NH-U14S was better by more than maybe a degree or two, and Fuma 2 at full speed is 3-4dB quieter with it's 1200rpm Kaze Flex 120 Slim PWM
& Kaze Flex 120 PWM fans while NH-D15 has 2x NF-A15 1500rpm fans.

It might be a while until I actually build it. I don't I'm meant to be building mine and my brothers side by side when we can meet at some point. Some parts are at his and some at mine.
Should be a decent machine when it's all finished. Ryzen 3900x, MSI x570 tomahawk, 32gb 4x4 4133mhz Patriot viper steel, 3 ssd (just normal ones for now, no m2), scythe fuma 2, amd rx480 8gb gpu and 1200W silverstone Strider 80plus gold psu in a Phanteks enthoo pro m case.
