Ok so spent a few days looking at the Seat Altea, sat in and taken a test drive. very nice, and really enjoyable. and as rodenal said - much cheaper Nice 50-80k mileage, Sport, TDi, DSG, 5k ish So now to really look at them - reviews onwners etc

Bill of £110 for it, so a good deal less then I expected. Fingers crossed its all sorted and will be good to go
