Looking at OcUK prebuilts, 4070Ti or RX7800?

I've been a long time out of the desktop loop, currently gaming on a laptop (i5 11400/RTX3050). Looking at an OcUK prebuilt around the £2k mark (I'm too old and lazy to build my own these days!) - what's the mid-range graphics card opinion of the collective these days? I'm no massive fan-boy either way, so either a 4070Ti or RX7800 based system is in consideration...

4070TI is a "tier" faster than a RX7800 and they are at different price points - they aren't directly competing.

The 12GB 4070Ti has also now be superseded by the 16GB 4070Ti Super

Price wise the 4070Ti or 4070Ti Super are more high end, the RX7800 is more of a mid range.

Some indication of how they stack up here:

1440p: 7800 XT, 4070 Super, 7900 GRE.
Entry 4K: 4070 Ti Super, 7900 XT.
4K: 4080 Super, 7900 XTX.

I'd suggest something like this:

My basket at OcUK:

Total: £1,361.88 (includes delivery: £11.98)

Use of CPU's box cooler assumed.

Afaik OCUK charge £150 + 4% of build cost.
