Would this kit be a good starting point for a WC noob.

I just want some thing simple to start with and then if it all goes well then i would look to do a better custom setup on my main gaming rig this will be for the secondary one.
Main aim on the second box would be to get better temps than my tuniq i have on currently due to restricted airflow to the pc, and then overclock it it a bit more. It currently has a q6600 go running at 3.1.
