Looking for a bargain LCD

Looking to spend as little as possible (Definitely sub £450) on an LCD. What I'm after is a bit of a multi function one. It'll be primarily running through my PC and will be used for Bluray/HD-DVD films, SKY HD, gaming and general PC usage. Looking for between 27-32 inch sizes. Quite fancy the 1080 panels as I'll be quite close to the screen a lot of the time. Any suggestions?

sounds to me like u need a HANNS.G 28" then, 1900x1200 res

use it for my ps3, pc and freeview and its only 258 inc vat, cant beat it, i love using it anyway, have a read of the reviews on the monitor section about it

The HannsG doesnt support 1080p 1:1 pixel mapping, therefore SkyHD and other external high def sources will not look fantastic.

Is there anyway of running the skyHD through my PC as I can run it with small black bars top and bottom then to preserve the ratio? Otherwise, it's going to have to stay with my Dad on his telly for the moment.
