which one?, 78MM MAX height of the CPU Cooler, care to fine me one?, best I was hoping for was the Asus VR but to tall to fit, the Zalman CNPS800 will fit but then i have to get a new PSU one withotu a fan on the bottom, already been through to many combinations unless your paying?...and what chance I will get decent temps?..

a Zalman CNPS7000B CU or Zalman CNPS7700-CU

I don't know why you keep going OMGWTFBBQ 130W!!!111one, I have an 805 outputting at least 160w (3.75ghz) in a super lanboy with the case fans at 7v anda freezer 7 pro. 58-62c load

The Silverstone Nitrogon NT03 is specially made for that case. It works a treat. Thermaltake Golden and Blue Orbs both fit too. I would also suggest you look at the 80mm version of the Coolermaster Aquagate liquid cooling kit or what about a Zalman Reserator. I 've got on of those fitted to my own problem case (a lian-li V600B) and it works perfectly with an overclocked P4.

THrottling?

Yes, all Pentium 4's since the later Northwood cores had a built-in protection mechanism against over-heating. They automatically reduce their clock speed to reduce the temperature. This is called Throttling.

You can use a programme called Throttlewatch to determine if your CPU is throttling. If it's not, it's not overheated and you don't need to worry as you are not losing any performance. P4s are quite happy to run at 90C so there is no need to concern yourself about a passively cooled rig running at 74C.

Yeh that fan may make a huge difference, would go with the NT03 cooler like I said before, but you said you were not happy with the performance on msn.
