Looking for a cheap GPU with 2x VGA outputs?

I'd be looking for an Nvidia 610/710 or AMD 5450/6450 with a VGA and a DVI-I output and just use a DVI-I to VGA adapter or cable, as anything with two dedicated VGA ports is going to be ancient.

Just watch out for any variants of the cards (particularly 710 from a quick Google) that have a DVI-D port rather than DVI-I, as you can't use a cheap converter or cable to get VGA out of this port and need a Active adapter instead.

Analogue to digital adapters would be cost prohibitive. Im thinking a second hand card?

Yes good point. I should say

2x VGA
1x VGA + 1x DVI-I/A
2x DVI-I/A

Basically, two analogue outputs. Both monitors are VGA only.
