Looking for a LARGE! HTPC case

A friend of mine is looking for a HTPC Gaming computer and doesn't know how to build computers so he has asked me if I could be so kind and assist.
He wants a HTPC case so it fits in with the rest of his TV boxes such as sky etc and he is also what you would call a media whore with more DVD's and Blu rays than I dare to look at (he has shelves and shelves of them).
But he also wants it to be a gaming computer as well as a media hub for the house.
So now you can guess what my problem is I need a big case to fit in a large graphics card and while I don't think space for the box is going to be an issue (he has the following dimension of space free 20" x 20" x 12" with a 4 inch gap on the 20" sides and a 2" gap on the height)
So now is there a case on the market big enough for this monstrosity?

P.S. I first called him mad but I said I could what i could do
 
Silverstone Crown range.
I have a CW01 and it's basically a midi tower on it's side.
you will need to mod the HHD tray to fit a 58xx (2 minutes with a hacksaw)
but you still can get 3 hhd (maybe 4) and 2 opticals
full atx mobo and psu
 
Not sure a 5800 would fit in the antec tbh. Just had a quick look with a 3870 over my case and it looks like a very tight fit, although to be fair the card has a non-standard cooler.
 
The Fusion is almost same as nsk 2480 i think and you can only fit about same length as the matx motherboard as the case has sectioned off where hdds go.
 
5850/70 will not fit in the Antec Fusion, unless you want to start hacking it apart :eek: I have an 8800GT in mine with about an inch to spare.

I personally love the Origen cases, pricey but beautifull.

I had a 5850 in an Antec Fusion, but you have to cut out a small section of the wall to fit the power plugs in.
I've since upgraded to an Antec Fusion Remote Max, far more room and you can remove the hard drive brackets completely to fit those extra long GPU cards in e.g. 5870.
