Looking for a motherboard for CF

Im looking for a motherboard so i can CF or Sli 2 graphics cards problem is i would like a gap between them so the cards wont overheat,at the moment i have Asus Rampage Extreme 2 motherboard with 2x4890 in CF and my top card gets very hot 110c,when card is on its own it goes to 75c so this is why i need room between the cards any ideas on what motherboards will allow this,Thanks.

I forgot to add i need a pci-e slot for Asus soundcard.

The ASUS P6TD has some nice wide spacing for dual graphics cards.

Alternatively, put your second GPU in the white full-size PCIe slot (if your case allows) and buy a very long Crossfire connector. This will mean the second card runs at PCIe v2 x8 speed - but the performance loss will be minimal.

what are the temps like,and are the cards side by side.

is it this board you got Asus P6TD Deluxe Intel X58 (Socket 1366)

so looks like you have a pci slot seperating both cards?

Is the heat issue your only reason for upgrading? Or are you upgrading anyway?

If it's just the heat, I'd get the dremel out and put a sidefan on the case. Works wonders for hot GPU's.

its a heat issue and i got a big fan on the side which is sucking in air maybe i should try it sucking out hot air.
