Looking for a network

I saw a mobile carrier mentioned on here a while ago where you top up and get some data, calls, texts and don't have to top up again for ages? Seems like the perfect thing for my parents, but I can't remember the name or find it by searching.

Can anyone help me out?

From what I've gathered from Ovivo, you get the amount of minutes, calls and data again each month. (Sounds too good to be true) is that the case?

Yes. It's great if you're a light user as that means the only thing you''ll pay for is the £20 delivery of the SIM.
