Been looking about for a new laptop recently and I'm struggling to find one I like. I was thinking of the MSI GX740 but I don't really like the placement of the left ctrl & fn key...also heard a few other bad things about it. I am a gamer and games programmer so decent specs are required. I can wait if newer hardware is going to be available soon.
I can only really afford to spend £900 but I could get to £1000 at a push but I'd rather not if not needed. Decent build quality and keyboard layout is quite a big thing too.
Spec wise I'd like:
i5 460M or better.
4/6gig RAM
500gig HDD
1gig DX11 Graphics card
16.4" or more monitor (not fussed about 3D)
DVD-DL drive (not fussed about Blu-ray)
Look forward to hearing from anyone =]
