Looking for a nice Hotel in Aberdeen

I need something for my wife and son for 2 nights max and wondering which hotels would be a good choice?

Marischal Apartments are good. Not a hotel but plenty of good food places nearby.

Village hotel, bit on the outskirts but nice hotel. Also Double Tree Hilton at Queen Links is pretty good.

Take a look at the Carmelite. It's in the city centre and I thought it was pretty decent. They have standard and feature rooms, the latter are really nice.
Malmaison is decent too, but a bit pricey.

Malmaison is nice but need a bus or drive to the city centre. Village hotels are the same just a bit further out but is next to a park and ride.

Skene House Holburn - Very nice, great location.

Aberdeen is the only place I know of that can actually make you depressed just by seeing it and being there.

You’ll love Peterhead then. The prison is the most welcoming looking building there.
