Looking for a Quick Upgrade

Hi just wondering what will be best for my current system, have about 120 to spend. mainly looking to play conan for the next few months so i'll need somethign that can deal with seige fps lag

Currently housing:

Athlon64 4000+ @2.43ghz
2 gb Ram
Ati x1800 256mg
Asus A8N-Vm Series mobo

Any help would be apprieciated. If i need to bump up the whole system for conan i'll just have to stick it out on crap fps for now and i'll just save up.

8800gt or for a little extra the 8800gts 512MB. Either will give you a boost.

an 8800GT is fantastic value for money. I think you'll be cpu limited anyway, so there's no point in getting an 8800GTS.

Your cpu will bottleneck the performance of the 8800 a bit, but it will still perform better than the X1800 and will be a good card to use with any future upgrade.

GTS 512. That way you can use it when you get a better CPU
