I had an incident today with the hoover and accidentally broke my SO's pair of Razer Kraken's (the cable got gobbled up and the jack snapped off). He wasn't too mad about it thankfully but no we're looking for a replacement and we're not sure what to get.

He doesn't like how tight the razer kraken's were on his head, especially with wearing glasses and for wearing them for extended periods of time. Budget is around £60. Not really any colour or mic style preference. Just something that isn't as tight as the razer kraken seems to be.

ive been looking into the HyperX Headset's and what i have found out is this..

HyperX Cloud I Gaming Headset is a rebranded QPAD-H90 with only 2 minor differences; Kingston includes additional pair of velour (suede-like) earcups & an aeroplane jack adapter. Addition to these, you will find HYPERX cheaper than H90. Even if you’re not really excited in the idea of a rebranded gaming headset, bear in mind that QPAD uses Beyerdynamic technology so quality will be top notch for this price tag.

HyperX Cloud II Gaming Headset uses a slighly updated speaker which a lot of people have complained it has made it worse more than improved so the first edition still sounds better....also this comes with a usb 7.1 sound card which if you already have a good 7.1 internal sound card you better off skipping this new edition and buying the first edition (HyperX Cloud I) as it will save you aprox £20.

basically the HyperX Cloud I are rated as the best midrange gaming headphones under £80 if you want better youll have to spend over £130/150
cheapest i have found the HyperX Cloud I as of today is £58 free del while the HyperX Cloud II if you do decide to get that as its newer its price has not dropped much so will be around £74.95 in any case shop around for the best deal.
