Looking for a specific album...

Looking for an album called "Masters of Hardcore 23" or xxiii or Masters of Hardcore - Raise cain.

Basically finding it hard to find, found it on some german and nl sites but the delivery bumps it up to like 22 quid etc. Considering when the cd itself is only 12 quid. Cheers.
