Looking for a very fast SSD setup

Hi,
I'm looking to upgrade my PC shortly and part of that will be a new SSD.

I currently have 2 Samsung 60gb MLC's in raid 0.

I was initially looking at a 240gb Revo x3 but unsure if I'd see the 1000+ read/write speeds unless I'm video editing etc (which I'm not).

I'm looking for something very fast

Any reccommendations?

What about Raid 0 SSDs?
