Hi, i purchased a KFA2 GTX780 HOF 6mb card from OC.
3 weeks of use and it failed. I returned it to KFA2 who tested it and said it was faulty. I waited a further week and then emailed them for an update. I was told it had gone through testing, after another week I contacted them again and am now told the card is due to be sent back to China and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to be returned approx.
May i ask if anyone has had a similar problem, is this acceptable or should i be asking for a refund. Not sure how to respond to this. Just think it is a premium card and waiting a further 2 to 3 weeks after they (KFA2) have had the card for 2 weeks is, lets say painful.
Any advice would be appreciated

Why didn't you return it to OC ?? as it was within 28days they would have refunded you or replaced it ??

A bit late now I know but ??

Dratt did not realise i had 28 days to return it to OC. Wish i had now. I just contacted KFA2, and had read such good reviews about their customer service i followed their instructions to return it to them.

Ah ok .. I just wounded if the KFA2 stuff had to go direct .... I have only had an issue once and OCUK CS were first class.

But just in case other people read this OCUK's returns policy for the first 28 days is :

28 Days / Acceptance Period
You are entitled to reject goods if they are faulty (do not match the description, are not of satisfactory quality, or are not fit for purpose). You have up to 28 days to check the goods and contact us if there is a fault. You can decide to claim a full refund or request a repair/replacement.

If you are returning for a refund, please include all packaging, cables, manuals, drivers and protective bags. Accessories and promotional items are part of the order and must be returned to ensure a full refund is given. Free games codes should be unused and still hidden.
