I switched to TKL a couple years ago, took some time getting used to not having the numpad especially for excel but I got a separate cheap wireless numpad which did the trick.
As for TKL keyboards I've always liked the Corsair K70 TKL mainly for the volume scroll wheel, but it didn't come with MX Browns for UK layouts only US >_> I tried MX Reds but too sensitive for me and not enough keypress feedback.
I switched to a Cooler Master MK730 TKL with MX Browns, had it for about a year, I miss the volume scroll wheel and I also read after buying that it has around 6-7ms latency which is not great for me as I mostly play CS so I'm considering switching to a Logitech G Pro/X.
So a few things you may want to consider;
1) switch type
2) multimedia keys
3) latency (if sweaty)
