Take a look at this pc from Overclockers which comes with a 3 year warranty..

I can beat the first system you posted and the second system has a better CPU but a worst GPU , the 4060ti is better .

With 32gb of memory and a 5600 for the same price, 4060ti and WiFi needs to be added.

CPU comes with cooler but option to add a better/quiet cooler

Have a play with the options and font forget to select the options I suggest.

My basket at OcUK:
  • 1 x OcUK Gaming Kalis - AMD Ryzen 5 5500 GeForce RTX 4060 Gaming PC (SKU: FS-1FT-OG) = £961.99
    • Case: 1 x Kolink Observatory MX Mesh ARGB Midi Tower Case - Black
    • Processor: 1 x AMD Ryzen 5 5600 Six Core 4.4GHz (Socket AM4) Processor - Retail
    • Memory: 1 x Team Group Vulcan Z T-Force 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit - Grey
    • Graphics Card: 1 x Asus GeForce RTX 4060Ti Dual V2 OC 8GB GDDR6 Graphics Card - Bulk Pack
    • M.2 Solid State Drive: 1 x WD Blue SN580 1TB SSD NVME M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 Solid State Drive
    • WIFI Adapter: 1 x Asus USB-AC58 Wireless-AC1300 Dual-band USB Adapter
    • Operating System: 1 x Build Stock Microsoft Windows 11 Home Advanced - Systems

Total: £961.99 (includes delivery: £0.00)

RX 6600 is a lot slower than a 4060 Ti 8GB (TPU's database have it as 52% faster), so in the majority of newer games you'd find that the 4060 Ti PC will win. The 5700X is a much nicer CPU than a 5500, but the 5500 is sufficient for decent gameplay.

The only time I'd go "hmm..." and consider a different choice is if you play competitive (like esports) games at low settings/resolution but even then I think the 4060 Ti 8GB is very likely to be the better choice,.
