Hey. So I've had my pc for a while now and its getting pretty outdated so I figure I could do with some new internals. Problem is I'm not sure which part is in most need of an upgrade.

PC Specs:
Mainboard : Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
Processor : AMD FX 8320 @ 3500 MHz (max : 4020)
Physical Memory : 16384 MB
Video Card : AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series

If anymore information is needed then feel free to ask.

Thanks!

Usually everyday work but I play a lot of games so when I built it I was aiming for a midrange gaming PC. So ideally I'd keep it along the gaming PC line

You still need to find out what PSU you have and case.

If the PSU is cheap and under powered for a GFX card upgrade, then thats no good.

If the case cant fit a GFX card upgrade inside it, then thats not good either.

Case: Xigmatek Asgard Pro Gaming Case - Black
and PSU was listed before
PSU: XFX Pro 550W Core Edition '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply

Add a CPU cooler, OC your CPU and add a new GPU also. That PSU should be sufficient...

Unless you already have a CPU cooler?
