Looking for complex disk tool

Hi,

I'm in a need to have one tool that contains all diagnostic regarding to drives: from SMART status to partition alignment check, MBR/EBR checkup and manipulating (including boot chain), bootmanagers support etc. It doesn't have to support high-level stuff like filesystem check, undelete/unformat things like TestDisk, I'm rather focused on low-level attitude. I've seen some programs, but I need AllInOne, and frankly, not all programs do what I want.
So it's my questions, have you seen something like that ?
(I don't mean TestDisk, EaseUs stuff, MiniTool Partition etc). HirensBootCD would be fine if it didn't contain zillion different tools :/

Thanks, I solved problem with clean install. Unbelievably, how XP messes all up, when installing at D and even its repair tools won't help.
