Looking for good multiplayer games

I've just recently moved in with my girlfriend and have been able to set up my old consoles, I have a PSone and an N 64 at the moment and a Game Cube coming shortly. Does anyone have any recommendations for good 2 player games on any of these systems that i might be able to get hold of second hand.

The games I currently have that are great for 2 player are

PSone:
Tekken 2
Gran Turismo 2.
Point Blank (Along with 2 G-con 45's)
Point Blank 2
Point Blank 3
Ghoul Panic
Crash Team Racing
Pro Evolution Soccer (Not my girlfriends fave....)

N64
Mario Kart 64
Bomberman 64 (Sadly the multiplayer is not a patch on the classic version, wish there was a classic version I could get)
1080
Golden Eye
Perfect Dark
Vigilante 8
Stars Wars Pod Racer
Mario Tennis

Game Cube
Fifa 2005

REally looking for games which are great fun, and can be played for a few minutes but are also fun for extended playing, any ideas???

If you can get a hold of it ESPN eXtreme games was fantastic on the PSOne. Street luge *** had a blast one that 2 player, quite expensive 2nd hand though, usually goes for about 20 quid

Mario Golf/Party are good fun on the GC if you have a few people together. Check out the Donkey Konga's too - you can usually pick up the drums pretty cheap and they're great fun.

Get Super Monkeyball 2 for your Gamecube and I don't think you'll ever need another multiplayer game ever. Seriously, it's brilliant.

Get the first one too. It has a MUCH better single player game (SMB2 single player sucks), but can't really match it in multipayer games.

WarioWare! Better in four-player, but still one of the best multiplayer games on the Cube.

Cheers for the ideas guys, of course I'm now gonna have a bit more of a challenge getting such games as all the Wii owners snap them up!!! grrr!!! ;o)
