Looking for guidance on new AV setup

Just a little update, I've bought a pair of B&W 685 (S1, not S2) from eBay for £240, and I've just bought a Marantz PM6005 from Exceptional AV for £249 (open box). So now I just need the turntable and some speaker cable. Oh, and some speaker stands!

I've found the turntable for £300 online, or I can just buy it at my local Richer Sounds for £325, which I'm inclined to do.
 
I'm up and running :)

Total outlay was:

B&W 685 S1 - £240 (plus £20 postage)
Marantz PM6005 - £249.99 (open box deal)
Project Debut Carbon - £300 (Sevenoaks Sound and Vision price matched an online retailer for me)
QED Original Speaker Cable - £4/metre (I needed 7 metres I think)
Fisual Easy Fix Banana Plugs - £4.99 x 2

I still need to get speaker stands, as you can see, but even with the speakers on the floor it sounds bloody amazing. I'm really happy.
