Hi, I've just built my new beast using and Aerocool GT-S case. Beacause I have watercooled it I'm looking so somewhere I can have a new window made for the side panel that does not have the ugly looking fan vents whose only purpose now is to clog with dust.

Unfortunately my skill set does not include cutting, shaping and drilling acrylic and my toolbox sadly lacks a lot of the equipment I would need too.

Any reccomendations would be appreciated.

Yes, it's attached using these plastic rivet type things that are screwed from the back. Removing the window is an easy enough job but I haven't a clue where I might get something machined to replace it.

If you take a look at my build log (really need to get it updated with the finished product) you'll see that I redesigned my side panels on my prodigy. I drew up the panels and got them sent to a local plastic shop who laser cut them to the drawings I produced. I also got a front panel, and a 5mm thick radiator gasket made.
