Looking for quick boot drive

I currently use a 500GB WD Caviar as my main drive on this PC (sig)

I want to have a faster boot drive, space not a requirement as I have tonnes of space on my server and on other HDs. Any critical data is backed up, so it's purely for speed.

Thinking of getting 2xSamsung 320gb F1s in RAID0 - any other choices? I also thought of perhaps the Seagate 320gbs? (ones with 320gb platters)

I second the Velociraptor - have one in my system - 50gb partition for boot and 250gb partition for games.

Very impressed with it so far.
