(looking for recommendatins) What's your preferred beef roasting joint?

I've just realised that you were talking about BBQing the rib. My suggestion was based on using an oven. Controlling the temp of the BBQ to ~60C would be insanely hard :p

I did wonder that when I read your reply :). I'm sure it's possible but I don't have the skill or dedication for it!

Yeah...I'm not sure how I missed that part of your post tbh :confused:

I can imagine it being vaguely possible to get something like that by using buckets of cold water in the BBQ but... bleh :p
