Looking for some advice on HDD

Hi, I'm currently looking at buying a new HDD, mainly for gaming, looking for an affordable and super fast drive.
I have been looking at some of the posts, and a lot of people are recommending the Raptor drives, which i cant afford.

I'm looking for a fast HDD, budget is £100, I was thinking of maybe setting up a raid.

the options i was looking at:

option 1:
1x Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500GB SATA-II 32MB

option 2: (raid)
2x Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 80GB SATA-II 8MB Cache (RIAD 0)
1x Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 320GB SATA-II 16MB Cache

Option 3:
....dont know..suggestions welcome

Option 3: WD blue/black 640GB (much faster drive).

Samsung one is fast enough 90+mb sec or two of these for raid.

If you want the absolute best you can get for £100 get two of these and raid them http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...E3 320GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (WD3202ABYS)

Otherwise the WD 640 gb Blue AAks drives represent good value or the blacks for the extra £8 but with 5 year warranty.
