Thanks Cob.

I am a little confused with buying memory. If this memory runs at a speed fast enough for the CPU, then is there any reason at all to buy the more expensive ram sticks if not overclocking ?

I mean in terms of timing (I'm going for a q6600), and in terms of bus speed.

Thanks

No there's no need to buy faster memory if not overclocking, unless the faster memory is cheap at the time of buying.

Eg- You only need PC4200 to match a Q6600 at stock speeds, but PC5300 is almost as cheap atm.

Thanks cob. I guess by most peoples standards on here the timings on that RAM are crap, but considering that I'm not looking to o/c but am looking for fast performance that that ram will be ok ?

Thanks again ;)
