looking for the name of a game

im sure this game was for the ps1 basically the main character was a crab and it was a bit like a pre sonic had to go through different levels all i can remember is that the main character was a crab can anyone help with any names because this is bugging me a lot?

A crab?? :o

Can't think of a game where the main character is a crab. The only game it makes me think of is Cool Spot which is a bit like sonic and has lot's of crabs in it. Other guesses would be James Pond or Robocod where you are a fish, again with crabs in it.
