Heard it on the Guns'n'Roses song Civil War, and according to Wikipedia its from a Peruvian militant general. Anyone know who that general was?

One website has it as being Che Guevara, but IIRC he was an Argentine in Cuba.

Cheers - just read up on the Shining Path. They were certainly insane enough for that quote to have come from them...
