Looking for two new drives to RAID0

I've been thinking about getting a couple of new drives for a while now to wack w7 on, just stuck with which ones to go with...

Wanting to stay around 500GB, i've been looking at these:

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB (ST3500418AS)
Samsung SpinPoint F3 500GB (HD502HJ)
Western Digital Caviar Black 500GB (WD5001AALS)
Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB (WD6401AALS)

I'll be putting them in RAID0... i'm just not sure which ones to go for, mainly looking for read/write speed.

If you can suggest any others that i've missed it would be appriciated!

Of the ones you list, I would get the Samsung F3s...good performance...

I know most people would say the F3s (which are indeed good), but I would also consider the WD Caviar Blacks which I find to be better in use than some of the benchmarks would indicate. I've also had better reliability with WD than Samsung drives but maybe I've just had more than my fair share of bad luck with Samsung drives.

The WD drives are a good bit slower and a lot louder...

Looking at bench's and reviews it looked like the WDs were faster... i don't care about the noise really.. i always have my headset on when at the computer so i don't hear anything but music/what ever game im playing
