As above, just rock the case about while the pumps running, you'll hear the typical 'glug glug' noise as air is moved out of the res, it also helps to flick the pump on then off and so on as the rapid movements can dislodge any air pockets.

Remember to keep an eye on res levels, you don't want it to run dry and end up with un-needed air bubbles :)

Just fill 'er right up , take the cap completely off if you can for bleeding/filling will make life easier.

Edit: Don't fill it to the brim, air bubbles might cause a little splash back.

right ok, thx

i'm assuming my pump will be on full whack when i'm filling e.t.c with it being software controlled, will that be a problem??? and also with my pump/res being low in the case will that cause a problem when filling, i.e mavity pushing fluid down and up into the res???

Air does hiss out when I loosened the cap off the res. Also, I did overfill it and got a splash back so be carefull as you are internal. If everything is secure, you can move the case about to such an extent that the res will grab all the air. Not sure if I was right to do this but I kept undoing the res top to let the air out.

Some extra caution on the spashback when you're turning the pump on and then off. It can be pretty explosive sometimes.

I use a 1/2 barb and 1 metre of tubing, attach it to the res fillport and fill through that. When I want to cycle the pump on and off I just cap it with my thumb. The tubing also provides extra volume for filling which helps. When done (and no fluid left in the tube ofc) you just unscrew the fitting while the pump is running, final top up and replace with a cap.

Would not want to be hit over the head by it!

Are you using the link thing with yours??, i know gregster doesn't as it leaked.

One of mine works perfectly but for some reason, the other doesn't want to know. I checked the O rings for any marks/nicks and all looked good and the same with the block.

I seated the bloody thing 3 times making sure the O rings were in position properly and still no joy.

Don't let that put you off though. I may have just been realy unlucky :(

Gutted now, 2 of the cheapest bits of my loop, tim and brackets are not going to be here on time, should have been with me monday, tuesday latest. Spent about 2k in last month, to be held up by a £20 order, off work now as well for 3 days and cant play with my new toys. ****.

Royal mail are ****

Damn, which brackets? Not grab some TIM locally?

I'm also waiting on TIM for my rebuild, it appears to have gone missing between being loaded at OcUK HQ and arriving at the sortation hub :p

But its all good, 5UB is on the case as usual being his awesome self :D

Brackets for aquaero fan controller, got a waterblock on it so wanted in place.
Waiting for liquid metal for under my lid and some gelid for lightning block and on top of cpu heatsink.
Got some as5 but certainly dont want to strip gpu down again, and no decent pc shops in lincolnshire, just the ones with purple shirts who dont have a clue what tim is.:D

Edit: those brackets are like fairy dust!! Struggle to get them anywhere
My rant is aimed at royal mail, NOT ocuk, they should not have the royal approval.

Yeah I haven't seen much other then AS5 in the purple shirt place, fortunately I have a few decent local independent shops should I need them.

Whats the hold up with RM?

No idea, not got tracking number either so cant contact them.

Bought new monitor today(and keyboard and HDD from ocuk of course)and forgot display port cable so i ordered one and it came up with delivery by royal mail, so ordered one of the new roccat pure mice as well just so DPD would deliver

Yep :)

I used warm tap water (constantly running through the rad) for around an hour, then a few flushes with DI, probably a little over kill, radiators are pretty clean OOB these days.
