Loop and questions

Right ok, may as well do that tom then and gotta drill few holes for pump mounting.
What can i use for cutting a very thin straight line in plastic?? And i've not got a dremel.

Jig saw, circular saw, nail guns!, router, various drills, chop saw, 12" disc cutter, 4" grinder.

And to clarify the front pillars either side of case. Want to put led strips in there, but the slit needs to be thin.

question
installing my D5 with aquabus pump into koolance cov.v2 top/res
there is a star shaped plate which you place on top of the pump before screwing top down, but on my pump there is the interface connections so i cannot use it :( i have cut it up and its in but i dont trust it as its in 3 pieces and they could possibly shift when running and that could spell disaster. so basically a need a big washer of some sort to get round this same sized circumfrence of pump and about 8mm wide and 3-4mm think, any ideas??

With my pump/res being low in my system should i fill via my top rad, or should i stick to res fill. My bottom rad has been flipped connections now at the top and not the bottom.

I think you would still fill via the res as when filling you're using the res to make sure the pump always has a supply of coolant. If you fill via the top rad it's a lot harder to do and your pump may run dry, at least for a while until it pulls coolant through from the rad?
