Loop earbuds or earbuds that don't continuously fall out - any suggestions?

I listen to podcasts and music via my phone and use some cheapish buds to stick in my pocket and use when I'm out and about or exercising.

I'm currently using the Anker P3i buds but they're just not a great fit regardless of tip size and always fall out, I'm not sure how the standard is now for buds with no form of stabiliser or retention.
I've previously used ones with ear loops (which are becoming rarer and also have their own issues with comfort) but the market is just so flooded with junk it's hard to find decent ones.

I've tried the Jlab sport loops and the sound quality is terrible.
The Anker X20s look OK but I'll be dammed if I'm paying £70-£80 for their £30 buds with a rubber loop attached.

So I'm currently out of ideas, suggestions more than welcomed!

Soundcore A1 if you want cheap and cheerful that won't fall out. They hurt my ears after 4+ hours if I have them in at work but will you really be using them that long?

have you had a look at some of the ear loops that can fit on normal ear buds, i've never tried them so can't comment on how effective they are

I ended up going with the Anker A1s, sound is acceptable. They are nice and secure, do get a little uncomfortable after wearing them for extended periods of time though but its bearable.

Probably the opposite of what you’re after, but Shokz bone conducting headphones are another thought. Ideal for running with over-ear loops but don’t go inside it. Sound quality is nothing like proper ones though.
