Loop is taking shape

Ok guys,

So i've got my 360 XSPC RX rad in the roof and the 250 EK Reservoir toward the bottom, the bottom of it sits just above the bottom intake fan in my ATCS 840.

If i put the pump in the bottom 5.25 bay would this cause issues with dry starts, the loop will go res > pump > cpu > rad > res

Any thoughts?

Not a great idea to have the res below the pump. Bleeding the loop in this manner would be a nightmare.

mavity is your friend so best to make use of it.

going to need to be more creative in my placing then i think.

If you put the pump above the res, you could starve the pump of water.
If you do this, then the pump will die.
Always place the res above the pump to ensure you get the best possible supply of water.
