Loot-Based Games

Dishonored is a great game and the loot can be tricky to find. I scoured the (beautiful) areas and still didn't manage to find it all on two playthroughs. Very different game to BL2 obviously, but a great game with loot.

Dishonored doesn't really need that much loot, because the enemy count is far far less, it's a close range stealth game, you can kill everyone with your sword, as such the Ammo is just a nice bonus if you want to vary your tactics.

Sorry if I missed you mentioning it elsewhere, but Path of Exile gives me the same feeling as TQIT. The only (personal) issue is it's a bit 'grimdark' whereas the TQ world was beautiful and warm and fun. Also, I sort of prefer the heavily themed builds of TQIT rather than the myrida possibilities of PoE's skill web. Nonetheless, I still get that "NEW LOOT!" joy when something epic drops.

I thought PoE would be great but unfortunately I just didn't like it at all, felt too slow, clunky and the skill tree is just complicated unless you spend hours reading up on how to use it efficiently.
