Losing Weight Easy?

You need to see a doctor if you want to lose weight you have mental problems. If you want to look better buy some weights and bulk up. That doesn't mean you have to be muscle bound though.

Jeeesus christ I'm 5'11 and 12st, I'm a bit overweight (trying to lose it!) but 9 stone? That's already very low.

I'm same height and weigh 10.5 stone. I cosnider myself absolutely average weight.Could drop 0.5 stone but not really make a difference.

Loosing weight is easy, keeping down low is a lot harder.

Reduce your evening meals substantially. Infact, reduce all meals except breakfast but have 4 or 5 a day. Make sure total calorie intake is less than your expenditure. Easiest way to do this is to do exercise - the alternatives just makes you feel hungary and tired.

its easy, eat less and run everywhere.

Building muscle is slightly harder.

*If your a heffa walk everywhere for a bit or your ankles will break

I think your desire to lose weight when you are male, 5' 9", and 9st is borderline anorexic. Please don't do it :(

How old are you, if you don't mind me asking?

Yeah sounds about the right weight tbh.

Im 6,3 and weigh around 12.4 stone. Its around average i think.

hungary and tired.

It's quite simple really.

Eat less, and by that I mean, eat what is sufficient to make you full.
Eat healthy, low fat is key. If you want to build muscle, then you want to start eating foods high in protein. I'd suggest white meat for you, but you're vegetarian, so nuts, sees, pulses, soya foods, cereals, free-range eggs, and certain dairy products (although they can be high in fat, so might want to watch that).
Then some light exercise will help you shed weight, or mass, and you can slowly work that up into some heavy exercise/workout if you want to start building muscle.
Getting good sleep will help, as a lot of muscle growth happens during sleep, you'll also feel better, be more motivated and both your physical and mental health will improve.

I don't know if you really need to lose much weight, although it might be mass that you wish to lose. I know that one of my friends are pretty light, but have some nice deposits of fat.

That's not to say you can't have bad things every now and again. But be aware of how bad they are, and enjoy them. The 'bad' things will keep up your morale and often you'll end up thinking afterwards "why did I eat that?" and carry on with your 'routine.'

Give it a try.

im a little bit shorter than you and weigh 17 and a half stone and if I got down to 9 stone id cry and not with happiness
