Lost my Overclocks with an RMA'd Board.

Because it works fine and has never crashed. It also worked fine before before I RMA'd on this motherboard.

It wouldn't boot up, just a distorted beep that went up and down.

I stuck the Ram on a 133 divider so its running about 175fsb and its running at CL2.
Quite weird how that makes adifference.
But it is that becuase I took it off to see.
Still running the cpu on 1.4v and it can go less, about 1.35v but i'll leave it.

The only question left is, why is it called a manchester, I bought a Venice?!?!?
