Lost overclock after updated bios

good evening just wondering if anyone can help
I have a titan envy m intel core i7 [email protected] overclocked
well at least it was until i had to update bios
just putting it out there has anyone got the settings for the bios so i can get my overclock back

system

Your best bet is to search the forums for overclocking guides. The 4770k/4790k were hugely popular so there will be plenty of historical discussion.

Settings will vary between chips and boards, so a guide on the process will likely be more useful than some arbitrary numbers to dial in. You'll need to do some experimenting to find the best settings.
