Lost overclock

after having it prime stable @ 3.2 using 1.3V,keept getting an error saying my pc had recovered from an unrecoverable error and that i need to put the windows xp disk to continue,but i tried running BIOS on optimized defaults and it all works fine,But ,i have to go into bios and run optimized defaults everytime i turn my Pc on.

any one got any idea why this is happening?

How long did run Prime for!
Try mem-test to check your memory is not playing up also have you set up the correct voltages and timmings in the BIOS.
See if there is any diagnostics for your hardrive to ensure thats ok.

i left it on over night,started at 1am until about 9am,all voltages are fine and al settings are ok,ram is ok,checked with everest,checked hardware tab and nothing wrong either .

What prime test did you run? SmallFFT's, Large, or Blend?

Sounds like the RAM to me, especially if you need the windows disk.
